Sunday 29 August Arun Valley Nature Reserves. Joyce is organising this one. There are 3 wildfowl reserves we may at least skirt round - the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Arundel, Amberley Wild Brooks, and Pulborough Brooks. The route may also include the grounds of Parham House. It will be about 20 miles but much of it on bridleways. Best bring sandwiches. More details and confirmation of train etc from Joyce next week.
Catch 10 17 from Brighton Station (one change) or meet at Arundel Station at 11 13.

Last Ride 15 August Glynde – Framfield -Glynde
Quite lucky with the weather again – though not too much sun. Apart from Ed and Ian, we had two first-time Clarion-runners - Sarah and Tim. Sue, one of our (currently) ‘non-cycling’ members met us in the pub at Framfield. Altogether it was a bit like a Brighton Jazz Club outing – but without the music. We did see the llamas though.
