Here he is with his wife Roseanne Pullen in a photo taken around 1900. George died in 1901. Bill's father, George England, as a baby in 1923. Bill's father George England, aged two, outside the house at 10 Hay Street where he was born (compare this with a photo of George today!). The house has been in the family since the late 1880s when it was given to great grandfather George and his bride Roseanne Pullen, by her father John, who owned the Bell Inn and all of Hay Street. Bill as a child at the fair in Marshfield in 1955. He is being held by his father, George. Next to him is his grandfather Heber. The last fair in Marshfield took place in the late 1950s.
