Scenic cycle lanes of Brighton

This contra-flow scenic route takes you past the Theatre Royal –
trouble is there are usually lots of cars parked there,
forcing you out into the oncoming traffic!!
Very scary!

A close-up view –
the car's number plate has been pixilated for legal reasons!
I asked a couple of traffic wardens the other day
what they were going to do about all the parked cars –
they replied that as this was a cycle path, not a cycle lane,
ie not painted pink, there was nothing they could do!
Errr, isn't that a double-yellow line I can see ...
